If your upsell and downsell offers aren’t appearing in the funnel, it’s most likely because they weren’t created before installing the template. ThriveCart only imports existing funnel steps – so if the upsell/downsell doesn’t exist yet, it won’t be added.

Then, reinstall the template to make sure all funnel steps are correctly imported.
